Care guide 

Each Pern Design's furniture is made with the intent to last however it is important that the right steps are taken in order for your piece to look its best for years to come.

We recommend that you follow the below steps:

• Always use a coaster or an item to protect any liquid or products that may stain your grout.
• Regularly wipe your piece of furniture with a clean damp cloth.
• If there was to be a spill on your piece of furniture wipe it off immediately with a soapy sponge. Light grouts are easily susceptible to staining and therefore prevention is best (using a drink coaster) or immediate clean up to avoid long term damage to your grout.

Use of furniture

Please take care when maneuvering your piece of furniture as tiles are susceptible to chipping, especially in the corners. When unboxing your piece of furniture, place a soft item such as a foam yoga mat, towel, or blanket under the corners/edge before standing your furniture upright.

Although our pieces are durable, they are made with the intent to be used indoors only. Placing your piece of furniture outside may result in damage due to exposure to natural elements.

Variations

Tiles are manufactured in batches and tile colours may vary slightly. Furniture sizes may also vary as each tiled piece is designed to suit the dimensions of the tiles. Our tiles are sourced from highly reputable importers and inspected heavily before installation, however minor chips may slip through quality control. 

Each Pern Designs furniture is hand made and may have slight variations in grout lines.
